Industrial Exhibition

The industrial exhibition is a central part of the congress – located on the ground floor of the Austria Center Vienna, it invites delegates to find out about the newest producst and mingle with your company representatives

Exhibition package (min. 6 sqm)

Early-bird fee until Tuesday, 3 September 2024: € 605/sqm
Regular fee from Wednesday, 4 September 2024: € 675/sqm

The package includes sqm space only (NO partition walls, carpet, furniture nor power), acknowledgement on the website, pocket programme, exhibitor and conference registrations. More detailed information can be found in the industry brochure.

Space allocation procedure will start in November 2024 and will be done according to the following criteria: total sponsorship contribution, booth size, date of application and payment of first deposit.

Satellite Symposia & Sponsorship Items

Companies have the exclusive option to host their own satellite symposia – with no concurrent sessions,  this attracts delegates and provides you the autonomy to shape your own content.

But this is not all – we offer a range of additional sponsorship products, ranging from ‘classics’ like lanyards and congress bags to newer digital options like newsletter articles and virtual banners, to allow every company to find their perfect fit. All details available below.
