Registrations have to be submitted online via the official registration form.

Trainee / Allied Health Care Professionals / Undergraduate students: In order to verify your status, a written confirmation from your hospital/institution (in English) is required and has to be uploaded during the online registration process.
Emerging Economies fee: Applies to individuals from low and lower-middle-income economies according to the World Bank listing.
The registration fee includes:
- conference documentation
- free public transport ticket for the “Wiener Linien” valid from March 12 to 15, 2025
- participation in the conference programme – scientific sessions and sponsored industry symposia
- attendance at the opening ceremony & welcome apéro on 12 March 2025
- admission to the industrial exhibition
- coffee breaks
- certificate of attendance upon submission of an online feedback questionnaire after the conference
- free virtual access to live stream and on-demand videos of selected scientific sessions (on-demand recordings will be accessible exclusively for a limited time after the congress)
